In view of the recent IATF Announcement placing NCR and nearby provinces in Alert Level 3, please see below Updated Boracay Island Travel Requirements, this includes RTPCR on the list: 

  1. Online Health Declaration Card
  2. RT-PCR Result Certification
  3. Booking confirmation from a DOT Accredited Accommodation Establishhment
  4. Proof of Identification with Philippine Residency / Passport for Foreigners/OFWs/OFs
  5. Roundtrip Flight / Travel Details
  6. Tourist QR Code
